Account

How do I create an account?

Open Buddy Event, choose Sign Up, enter your email or social login, then complete your profile details.

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot Password on the login screen. We will email you a secure reset link if the account exists.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the Delete Account page or account settings in the app and submit a deletion request.

Events

How do I create an event?

Choose Create Event, add event details, location, time, attendee settings, and submit it for publishing.

How do I join an event?

Open an event detail page and select Join. Some events may require host approval or payment.

How do I cancel attendance?

Open My Events, select the event, and choose Cancel Attendance before the host's cutoff time.

Safety

How do I report someone?

Use Report User from a profile or submit a report through the Help Center with details and evidence.

How do I block a user?

Open the user's profile, choose the safety menu, then select Block User.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the event policy, payment provider rules, and whether the event has started.
